All orders are made and fulfilled through Printful.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability. Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 4–30 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer:
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Flat rate shipping of $4.99 on most orders under $50
- Certain heavier items, such as water bottles, may have separate shipping rates calculated at checkout
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide where available through Printful’s shipping network. International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
